A community health provider in Leicestershire is seeking a qualified Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor. Exciting opportunities have arisen in Leicestershire (County) to join our Healthy Together Teams as a Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor. There are vacancies across the County, currently in North West Leicestershire, South Charnwood and Market Harborough Teams.

We are a 0-11 service which works with children, young people, and their families to deliver care close to where they live their lives at home, in Children\'s Centres, Schools and GP practices.
Our teams are full of committed and skilled people who deliver the best possible care for children and their families. Healthy Together offers a range of services to meet the varying needs of our service users.
You must have a current NMC registration in any branch of nursing and a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) Health Visitor registration.
As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate a warm, respectful, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering a flexible and responsive service for diverse and continually evolving health needs of our diverse population.
You must have a full driving licence that allows you to drive in the UK and the use of a car for this role. LPT operate 2 car schemes Car Leasing and Car Salary sacrifice subject to meeting the acceptance criteria. If you already hold a lease car through another NHS employer you may be able to transfer the vehicle to LPT.
