What you will do:

* Deliver high-quality clinical and psychosocial interventions to patients, carers, and families.

* Serve as the named nurse for a group of patients, managing care plans and conducting treatment reviews.

* Co-lead therapeutic group work programmes and facilitate continuity of care for clients navigating the criminal justice system.

* Co-administer medications in compliance with Trust procedures and NMC standards.

* Conduct drug screenings and formulate care plans with multi-disciplinary teams.

* Participate in service development, ensuring clinical governance processes are implemented.

* Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and assist in evidence-based nursing practice.

* Engage in clinical audits, service reviews, and service user forums to enhance service delivery.
