* Provide education and support for patients and their families regarding treatment processes and exercises

Requirements:

* You must be a confident car driver with a full UK driving license, as car travel between hospital sites and community visits will be a part of your role

* Experience on orthopaedic wards is a must, offering you a familiar yet challenging environment in which to excel
