Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our client’s team in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. The role is 3 months, starting ASAP, at £35 per hour with Monday–Friday hours.

The post covers orthopaedics, falls management, frailty, EDL and neuro, focusing on assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. You will hold HCPC registration, a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent, and substantial orthopaedic physiotherapy experience.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration
• BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Significant experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy, falls management, frailty, EDL, and neuro
• Proficiency in manual therapy and exercise prescription
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and professional practice

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with various conditions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription and education to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in clinical audits.
• Contribute to service development and ensure compliance with professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
• Manage a caseload across orthopaedics, falls management, frailty, EDL and neuro.
