Pay Rate: £20 - £22 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the MOPS team at Whiston Hospital. This role involves providing specialized physiotherapy services to patients in medical, orthopaedic, and post-surgical wards, helping them achieve optimal recovery and regain independence.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, and deliver physiotherapy interventions for patients in the MOPS pathway
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
Implement evidence-based treatments to support recovery and rehabilitation
Contribute to discharge planning and provide recommendations for ongoing care
Supervise and mentor junior staff and students as required
Requirements:
Degree in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration
Proven experience in acute hospital settings, ideally within medical, orthopaedic, or surgical specialties
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
