About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. This role involves working within unplanned care and DTA (Discharge to Assess) beds, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £32 per hour.

Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide physiotherapy interventions to patients in unplanned care and DTA beds.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives

Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:
