Job Title: Band 6 Physiotherapist – Community Neuro Team, Stroke or Outpatient

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. This role involves working closely with your Allied Health Professional (AHP) colleagues to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions on Full-Time basis. You will support the delivery of community neuro rehabilitation to patients within clinics and wider community settings. Part-Time hours accepted, Monday to Friday staff can choose days to work if part-time working.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £27 per hour.

Main responsibilities of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment to patients with neurological conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and rehabilitation processes.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Essential requirements of this Physiotherapy vacancy:

  • HCPC registration
  • Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full valid driving licence and access to a car for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)
