What you will do:

1. Assess and treat patients in Cardiac Intensive Care Units and general Cardiology departments.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and promote recovery.
4. Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
5. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care routines.
6. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality is preserved.

To excel in this role, you will need to be HCPC registered and possess a keen interest in Cardiology. Driving is essential as it allows you to reach diverse clinical environments and engage fully in this role.
