Pay Rates: £20 to £24 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

Job Overview:
Atlantis Medical is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the inpatient team at Ashford & St Peter’s Hospital. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery in an inpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with a range of medical conditions
Work collaboratively with nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Develop tailored rehabilitation programs to promote mobility and independence
Conduct regular patient progress reviews and adjust treatments as needed
Provide education and advice to patients, families, and carers
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with NHS standards
Participate in discharge planning for safe patient transitions
Requirements:
HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
Previous NHS experience in an inpatient setting
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable: experience in rehabilitation, post-op care, or general medical wards
