A leading healthcare staffing organization is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a community role in Berkshire. The successful candidate will manage a personal caseload, perform assessments, and coordinate treatment plans for patients. A Physiotherapy qualification and HCPC registration are mandatory. Hours: 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern: Mon Fri 8.30-4.30pm

You will be working aspart of the Physiotherapy Rehabilitation team with responsibility for your owncaseload, without direct supervision, supported by the Team Lead. This willlargely entail visiting patients in their own home and providing some cover forthe Physiotherapy activity within the Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre(ARC).
