Responsibilities

• Medicines management on wards and reconciliations.
• Accuracy Checking Technician duties in the dispensary.
• Ward-based medicines management and patient care support.
• Discharge planning and liaison with clinical staff for medications.
• Assist the cancer centre with prescriptions for inpatients/outpatients.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain records and ensure medicines governance and patient safety.
