Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in sterile product preparation, including intravenous medicines.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and contamination control standards.
• Use laminar airflow cabinets and isolators for sterile compounding.
• Maintain batch documentation and traceability with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise pharmacy services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Training:

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with an Accuracy Checking Qualification.
• Current evidence of aseptic preparation training.
• Proven experience in a cleanroom, aseptic unit, or GMP-controlled environment.
• Practical experience in the preparation of sterile products like intravenous medicines.
• Familiarity with aseptic techniques and contamination control practices.
• HCPC registration is a must, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Being a car driver is preferable to facilitate easy commute and flexibility.
