Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Paediatrics Team in Slough, Berkshire. This full-time role offers flexible hours between 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, with a Monday to Friday pattern.

You should have paediatric physiotherapy experience and a valid UK driving licence. You will assess and treat children, deliver tailored rehabilitation, manage a diverse paediatric caseload, and collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.
• Significant paediatric physiotherapy experience.
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children and young people within paediatric services.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Manage a diverse paediatric caseload to ensure quality care for all patients.
• Develop and review treatment plans regularly to adapt to patients' progress.
• Support children with developmental, neurological, and physical conditions by providing expert care.
• Liaise with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in line with professional standards.
• Contribute to service delivery and care planning by sharing ideas and innovations.
