Job summary

NHS Professionals in Slough seeks an experienced Physiotherapist (Paediatrics) to join our team at Upton Hospital. This 37.5-hour post involves working across community, educational, and home settings with the independence to manage your own caseload.

You will join a skilled therapy team within the CYPIT model, with clear opportunities for professional development and flexible shifts. Applicants require paediatrics experience, HCPC registration, a physiotherapy qualification, and a UK driving

Qualifications

Experience in paediatrics is essential.
Physiotherapy qualification and clinical experience are mandatory.
HCPC registration is mandatory.
A valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs.
Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providing support to more junior staff and students.
Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested.
Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports including contribution to the EHC Assessment process and tribunals as required.
Use needs-led, impact-based clinical decision making, and associated outcome measures.
