Pay Rate: £20 - £23 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement

We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Stroke and Neuro Rehabilitation team at Alexandra Park Health Centre. This role requires prior experience working at Band 5 level and a strong background in stroke and neurological rehabilitation. A driving licence is essential due to community visits.
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for patients recovering from stroke and neurological conditions.
Carry out comprehensive assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation plans.
Support patients in achieving functional goals to improve independence and quality of life.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
Participate in discharge planning and community-based follow-ups where required.
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
Experience working to Band 5 level as an OT.
Demonstrable experience in stroke and neuro rehabilitation.
Strong clinical reasoning and patient engagement skills.
Full UK driving licence is essential.
