What you will do:

  1. Apply your expertise in the assessment, treatment, and management of complex neurological conditions, including Stroke, Spinal Cord Injuries, and Traumatic Brain Injuries.
  2. Manage a caseload of up to 8 patients, providing dedicated daily input alongside physiotherapists, other occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants.
  3. Coordinate care and discharge planning for 1-2 patients through effective link-working, involving liaising with family members and chairing meetings as needed.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in SystmOne for each patient, and share relevant information with the multidisciplinary team.
  5. Ensure your work adheres to the highest standards required, being HCPC registered.
