Job description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Banding: Band 6
Location:Enfield, Middlesex
Working Hours:37.5 hours per week
Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

An opportunity has arisen for an empathetic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work for our NHS Client based in Enfield, Middlesex. The role is available to start immediately for an initial period of 2 months.

What will your responsibilities be?

The appointed Occupational Therapist will work autonomously across intermediate care, supporting discharges from the acute and the inpatient rehabilitation unit and respond to urgent care response calls. Applying therapists should have previous experience within neuro and community care for this role.

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • Be HCPC registered as an Occupational therapist
  • Hold a relevant qualification in Occupational therapy
  • Previous NHS experience within an intermediate care setting
  • The ability to build good rapport with patients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
