Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Team in Basingstoke. You will conduct specialist assessments, deliver tailored OT interventions and manage an autonomous caseload within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy with HCPC registration.
• Proven experience in mental health and learning disability settings.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to manage an autonomous caseload.
• Postgraduate training and an up-to-date CPD portfolio reflecting your commitment to professional development.
• Experience in leadership and management.
• Experience in forensic settings.
• Sensory integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions.
• Manage a defined caseload of service users with complex needs, promoting recovery and independence.
• Deliver Occupational Therapy treatment programmes tailored to individual needs.
