Responsibilities

• Conduct paediatric OT assessments in diverse settings (home, school, clinic).
• Develop reports, treatment plans, and measurable goals with progress reviews.
• Deliver OT sessions and provide guidance to parents/caregivers and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with RCoT and HCPC standards.
• Collaborate with health and education partners to enhance care plans.
• Mentor OT students and participate in CPD activities.

What you will do:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments in diverse environments such as schools, homes, and the clinic.
• Develop comprehensive reports, treatment recommendations, and therapy goals with regular progress evaluations.
• Deliver occupational therapy sessions and provide guidance to parents, carers, and other involved agencies.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in line with RCoT and HCPC standards.
• Collaborate with health and educational partners to enhance holistic care plans.
• Engage in professional development activities and offer mentorship to OT students.
• BSc in Occupational Therapy with specialisation in paediatrics, learning disabilities, or CAMHS experience.
• HCPC accreditation and RCoT membership.
• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of paediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Proficient IT skills and familiarity with GDPR compliance.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
