We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiasticBand 6 Occupational Therapistto join our NHS client inHorsham, Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, delivering high-quality care across community and/or acute settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions to adults with a variety of physical, cognitive, and functional needs.
  • Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and person-centred care.
  • Contribute to discharge planning, reablement, and community integration.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in service audits and development.
  • Supervise junior staff and students as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in acute or community settings at Band 6 level (or equivalent)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable for community roles)
