Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver urgent occupational therapy interventions in community and hospital settings.

4. Develop individualized care plans to improve patient independence and well-being.
5. Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS guidelines.

Key Requirements:

1. HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with Band 6 experience.
2. Experience in urgent care, hospital discharge, or community rehabilitation.
3. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Car driver with access to a vehicle for community visits (preferred).
