Conduct thorough assessments of newly referred adults to the Early Intervention Service who are experiencing First Episode Psychosis (FEP).

Provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions focusing on engagement, recovery, and social inclusion.

Address physical health care needs of patients to cater to their holistic well-being.

Utilise your knowledge of the EPJS/SLAM system for effective patient management.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with HCPC standards.

Requirements:

HCPC registration is mandatory for this role.

Experience working in mental health teams within community settings.

A specific interest in working with individuals with developing psychosis.

Being a car driver is advantageous for this position, enhancing your ability to visit patients within the community.
