Location: Mid Cheshire NHS Trust
Pay Rate: £21 – £25 per hour
Pay Mechanism: Direct Engagement
Contract Duration: 06/05/2025 – 31/05/2025

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various departments, including inpatient wards, to deliver high-quality care and enable patients to achieve optimal independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage a diverse caseload of patients with complex physical and mental health needs

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support rehabilitation and recovery

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care

  • Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and caregivers

  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with professional standards

Key Requirements:
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
