Job summary

Your World is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Band 6 level role in the NHS. The position offers an initial long-term contract with an hourly pay rate of £24–£30, and is ideal for candidates with NHS acute experience in General Medicine, Elderly Care or Surgery.

Candidates must hold an OT degree (MSc or BSc) and HCPC registration, with availability to start within two weeks and a commitment of at least three months. Travel and accommodation support are included where needed.

• Minimum 6-12 months NHS experience in acute settings (General Medicine, Elderly Care, Surgery).
• Hold an Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration.
• Available to commence within 2 weeks from confirmation and commit to a minimum of three months.

They are open to speaking to candidates on band 6 level with a view to offering a long-term contract with an hourly pay rate of £24 - £30 P/H.

Essential criteria to be considered for this role:

• Minimum 6-12 months of NHS experience in acute setting, i.e. General Medicine, Elderly Care, Surgery (candidates who currently are gaining NHS experience on a Band 3 or Band 4 level will be considered as Band 5's)


• Hold Occupational Therapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration


• Be available to commence the role within a maximum of 2 weeks from the confirmation and happy to commit to a minimum period of three months
