Job summary

Pulse Healthcare is partnering with an NHS Trust in Nottingham to recruit an experienced Band 6 Midwife. This role offers full-time and part-time hours, a competitive hourly rate, and the chance to deliver high-quality maternity care within a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • NMC Registration (6 months minimum).
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting.

  • Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and effectively manage patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Administering medications, treatments, and therapies in line with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring patients’ conditions, performing clinical observations, and responding to any changes appropriately.
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and ongoing professional development.
  • Promoting a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that enhances patient recovery and wellbeing.

Rate: £22.00 – £36.41 per hour
