Hours: Full-time, 09:00AM – 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Rate: £23 – £29 per hour

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Pharmacist to join our team in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and supporting the healthcare team with expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

You will dispense medications accurately and efficiently. You will provide clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients. You will conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication therapy. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications:
    • GPhC Registered.
    • 1 year pre-registration training.
    • Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm) accredited by the GPhC.
    • Prior NHS hospital experience, particularly in clinical ward areas.
    • Previous experience working in an NHS hospital setting is essential.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
