Job Description:
We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our community team in Wilton. This role is crucial for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and the local community, promoting rehabilitation and independence.
What your responsibilities will be for this Physiotherapist role?
As a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist you will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in the community, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. You will implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, focusing on improving patients’ mobility and overall well-being. You will monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. You will maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards.
