Part-Time Paediatric Nurse

This is a part-time, permanent position requiring 21.45 hours per week. Please see the attached job description for more information about this role and working at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Responsibilities

1. The assessment of care needs for all patients, ensuring appropriately planned care is both implemented and evaluated.
2. Work under the direction of the ward manager with minimal supervision and take charge of the ward in the absence of the manager.
3. Provide care to patients independently to facilitate the prevention of admission or reduction in hospitalisation.
4. Act as an effective clinical leader, ensuring the clinical and professional development of all staff under your responsibility.
5. Assist in providing clinical cover across all areas of the paediatric unit as needed.
