Job description

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking a dynamic, values-led, and patient-focused radiographer. The role requires excellent communication skills for liaising with multi-disciplinary teams. You should be team-oriented with demonstrable teaching abilities, as you will work with undergraduates and junior staff. The successful candidate will develop their existing skills to support the General X-ray service across UCLH Satellite Sites.

Main duties of the role
  1. Assess referrals or request forms and justify them under radiographic regulations and locally agreed protocols.
  2. Prioritize patients to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  3. Provide high-quality diagnostic services while maintaining a safe imaging environment.
  4. Organize patient workflow and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
  5. Ensure adherence to IR(ME)R 2017 regulations.
  6. Maintain a flexible, pragmatic approach with excellent organizational skills to manage varied workloads safely and effectively.
