Band 6 - Dietitian - Acute Adults professionals, are you ready for an ongoing and dynamic role in the heart of Derbyshire? This exciting opportunity is based in Chesterfield, offering a competitive hourly rate of £26. A full-time position is available, with part-time options considered. Join us immediately and contribute your expertise at Chesterfield Royal Hospital, working across multiple locations in North Derbyshire.

What you will do:

  1. Provide nutrition and dietetic services to adults and carers at Chesterfield Royal Hospital and other sites in North Derbyshire.
  2. Initiate and manage nutrition care plans for adults with complex nutritional needs during their hospital stay.
  3. Engage in artificial nutrition support decision making as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  4. Deliver client-centred nutrition and dietetic services tailored to individual patient needs across various locations.
  5. Accurately collect and manage relevant activity data for service monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  6. Collaborate with the dietetic team to develop evidence-based dietary information.
  7. Step in to provide cover for senior dietetic colleagues as needed.
  8. Work alongside nutrition and dietetic teams, as well as catering staff, to design menus that meet the needs of inpatients.

Requirements: Two years of experience, ideally with HCPC registration. While being a car driver is preferable, it is not essential.
