Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with MDT.
• Coordinate delivery of care across ward to meet patient needs safely and compassionately.
• Act as clinical role model and provide expert guidance to nursing colleagues.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with Trust policies.
• Lead audits, quality improvement initiatives and adherence to guidelines.
• Support education and development of staff and students.
