A leading NHS teaching trust in Oxford is seeking a Ward F Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to manage daily operations and lead a nursing team. Applicants should have a mentorship qualification and a minimum of 3 years of acute care experience. This role offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth and support towards becoming a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse.
Ward F is a vibrant 24-bedded inpatient ward caring for surgical orthopaedic patients.
