This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse within the Adults Community Mental Health Team in Scarborough, UK, earning £26 per hour. This role is 3-6 months ongoing with core hours of 9-5 Monday to Friday, although flexibility around start and finish times is available for the right applicants. Alternatives such as 8am-6pm for 3-4 days, 8am-4pm, or 9am-6pm are possible and part-time applicants will be considered.

What You Will Do:

Act as a Care Coordinator within the Adults CMHT team, providing comprehensive assessments and formulating care plans to support service users in their recovery journey.

Work collaboratively with other health professionals, ensuring holistic and integrated care for individuals with mental health needs in the community.

Carry out home visits, supporting service users in their own environments and promoting mental health stability.

Maintain accurate records of patient interventions, assessments, and care plans, contributing to the team's quality standards.

Offer crisis intervention and management strategies, prioritising patient safety and wellbeing at all times.
