* Job Title: Physiotherapist Band 6
* Location: Wiltshire
* Duration: Ongoing
* Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday) - part-time applicants considered
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: Ongoing (with likely extension)
* Rate of Pay: �24-�26 per hour (dependent on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults in a reablement community setting. In this role, you will:

* perform comprehensive patient assessments
* create and implement personalised care plans
* deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

* a current and valid HCPC registration
* experience working with adult rehabilitation, reablement, and community patients
* strong communication and interpersonal skills
* the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
* a full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for community visits)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday, with part-time options available. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
