We are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to work on an ongoing basis in London. The role involves managing a caseload of working-age adults with moderate to severe mental health conditions, conducting assessments, interventions, developing and updating patient-led risk, safety, and care plans, tribunal reports, and transfers of care in and out of the service. The role is primarily outpatient but may include home visits or community-based interventions to support independent living with mental health challenges.
