Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

Location: London

Salary: £30.00 - 45.00 per hour

Working hours: Full Time

ADDRESS: Havering Mental Health and Wellness Team - South, Oasis House, 28-30 Gubbins Lane, Harold Wood, RM3 0QA

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

DURATION: 3 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES: An experienced registered Mental Health Nurse with ability to manage a defined allocated caseload within a Community Recovery Service. Preferably someone that has care coordination experience. Support and supervision will be provided. Right candidate will be expected to participate in ward reviews, placements reviews, arrange and attend CPA reviews. Assessment of new referrals. Liaising with other services (inpatients services/Other Community Mental Health Services/outside agencies). The right candidate will also be expected to be on the rota to cover Duty, Depot Clinic, Clozapine Clinic and to attend and contribute to weekly zoning meetings and monthly business meetings.

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Preferred experience of working within a Community Recovery Team/EIP and Access service (MHWT). Qualified mental health practitioner who has knowledge of working with and managing a caseload autonomously in the community.
