Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the psychosis team in the Assertive Outreach pathway as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse.

The role is fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave and requires the ability to work collaboratively with partners across agencies, delivering high quality nursing assessment and intervention in both community and potentially inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Current RMN registration with the NMC and entitlement to practice.
• Experience of Community Mental Health Nursing and Assertive Outreach.
• Ability to work across joint agency boundaries with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide community mental health nursing across the assertive outreach pathway.
