Job description

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Location: London

Banding: Band 6

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months

Rate: £25–£32 per hour

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm or 11:30am – 20:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our client’s team in London. This role involves providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and services, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and contributing to the overall health and wellbeing of clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing medication regimens
  • Conducting clinical reviews
  • Providing expert advice on pharmaceutical matters
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participating in clinical audits
  • Educating clients about their medications
  • Supporting the development of pharmacy services
  • Maintaining accurate records

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registration with GPHC or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar NHS role
  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of clinical pharmaceutical practices and medication management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
