Qualifications

• Qualified and registered healthcare professional or a qualified clinical associate psychologist to join the team.
• Deliver care, treatment and service improvements for people with Complex Emotional Needs.
• Right to Work in the UK; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a caseload of up to 10 service users.
• Co-facilitate the Problem Solving Group (PSG) with an aim to become Lead facilitator.
• Work with the Senior Practitioner to increase access to evidence-based interventions and monitor relational care.
• Carry out post-group reviews and support discharge planning.
• Take part in service improvement and development for North Bristol’s Complex Emotional Needs service.
• Attend BNSSG Wide CEN team meetings, line management, clinical supervisions, appraisal and CPD meetings.
• Co-deliver regular training as part of the BNSSG Wide CEN Service and across the Trust for CEN awareness.
• Demonstrate interest in DBT or MBT and pursue training if required.
• Participate in regular reflective practice to develop skills.
