A Band 6 Case Coordinator role with an NHS client in Cornwall requires managing a community caseload, and traveling between patients with a full driving licence. Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, with mileage payable.

Description

We are currently seeking a Band 6 Case Coordinator to work with our NHS client within the Restormel team in Cornwall. This role involves managing a caseload of patients in the community and requires a full driving licence, as travel between patients may be necessary.

The role is Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Mileage can be claimed for work-related travel. Please note that the Trust is unable to provide accommodation for this booking. This Role also falls inside IR35.
