Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and providing high-standard assessments and treatments for referred patients
• Managing an agreed clinical caseload
• Assessing and delivering evidence-based treatment programs and discharge plans
• Planning and providing therapy services in collaboration with patients, carers, and clinical teams
• Developing and maintaining therapeutic activities tailored to patient needs
• Reviewing and evaluating treatment programs regularly with patients, carers, and clinical staff
• Facilitating patient transitions through care stages with appropriate planning and therapy
• Completing necessary documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Registration with the NMC
• Enhanced DBS check (considering the update service for fast-track processing)
• Experience in Band 6 CAMHS roles is essential
