CAMHS Band 6 CPN Nurse - Weston-Super-Mare Salary: £26.78 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

About the role

Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 CAMHS CPN Nurse (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to join a dedicated Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team based in Weston-Super-Mare.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Nurse with CAMHS experience to make a real difference in the lives of young people and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, schools, social care, and families to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Manage a caseload of young people, providing care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the CAMHS service.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience working within CAMHS or with children and young people\'s mental health.
  • Strong assessment, care planning, and risk management skills.
