• Rate: £24.00 – £30.00
• Working Days: Weekends only
• Hours: 09:00 am – 17:30 pm

Job Description:
The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Biochemistry to work in a busy hospital in Croydon. We are looking for a biomedical scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory service. This contract is temporary with a rate of £24 – £30 per hour.

You will be required to process biochemistry samples using Roche c8000 equipment and perform technical validation of test results. You will need to process samples in a timely manner to meet target test result turnaround times.

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC registered
• UK NHS or private sector biochemistry laboratory experience
• Biomedical science qualification
• Experience with Roche c8000
• Able to technically authorise test results on cITM
