Job Description:
The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is currently recruiting a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology to work in a busy hospital in Bradford. We are looking for a biomedical scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory’s service. This will be a temporary contract with a rate of £24.00 – £30.00 per hour.

What will you be doing in this Biomedical Scientist role?
As a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, you will be expected to have excellent experience in using analysers for full blood counts (FBC) and coagulation. Experience in blood film morphology would be preferential but not essential. You will be experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting analysers, alongside your usual duties in loading and operation.

  • HCPC registered
  • UK NHS or private sector Haematology laboratory experience
