Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 or 11:30 – 20:00
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 Biomedical Scientist to join their Biochemistry team in East London. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive and professional team, ensuring accurate and timely analysis of patient samples.
Responsibilities:
The role involves performing diagnostic tests within the Biochemistry department, adhering to laboratory protocols and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining Cobas Pure and Cobas 8000 analysers, utilising Q-Pulse for quality management, sample processing, result validation, equipment calibration, and participating in quality assurance schemes. Flexibility to work independently across different shifts is essential.
