Overview:

Pulse is seeking an Acute Medicine & COE Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client's team in London, Greater London. This is a locum position available immediately for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop personalised care plans for clients with acute medical conditions and elderly patients.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience as an occupational therapist in acute medicine or care of the elderly.
  • Relevant degree/qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • At least 18 months post-qualifying experience in an acute hospital setting.
