Duration: 13th December 2024
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Rate: £23 – £39 per hour

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for a professional with ward experience who can commit to working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

You will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. You will ensure the safe and effective use of medications. You will conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications:
    • GPhC Registered.
    • 1 year pre-registration training.
    • Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm) accredited by the GPhC.
    • Previous NHS hospital experience inclusive of clinical pharmacy practice.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong knowledge of medicines and their applications.
