Pulse have recently partnered with one 7,000 of the leading healthcare providers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6/7 Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Occupational Therapy team in Polegate.
Your main responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist:
You will provide specialist therapy services to children aged 0-19 as part of the East Sussex Children’s Integrated Therapy Service, provided by Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT). You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Assistants. You will manage a complex and specialist clinical caseload. You will provide therapy in partnership with a special school for children with autism, developmental delay, and/or complex learning and medical needs. You will offer high-quality and cost-effective clinical services to disabled children/young people and their families. You will supervise and appraise Band 5 staff and/or Assistants/Key Workers within the team.
