About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paediatric Special School Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support the communication needs of our pupils, ensuring they receive the best possible care and education.

This position is available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £34 per hour.

With 100 pupils on roll, ranging from infants to sixth formers, TreeHouse School provides specialist, intensive, and integrated support to enable children to learn, thrive, and achieve. All pupils have a diagnosis of autism and have TreeHouse School named in their Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan.

Main responsibilities of this Speech and Language Therapist vacancy:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication needs of pupils.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupils’ communication development.
• Provide training and support to school staff and parents.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of pupils and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and pupil progress.
