Salary: £36,500 - £48,000 per annum

About the Role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist to join a well-established private healthcare clinic in the beautiful town of Blairgowrie, Perthshire. This thriving clinic provides a variety of services, including Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Women’s Health, Running Gait Analysis, Strength and Conditioning classes, Pilates, and more.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to work closely with the Clinic Physiotherapy Director in developing and leading new services. This role offers an exciting pathway for career progression, with the potential to become a business associate and eventually a partner as the clinic continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality MSK physiotherapy treatments and assessments for a diverse caseload.
* Work autonomously, providing expert care as the first point of contact for patients.
* Collaborate with other physiotherapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach.
* Assist in the development and leadership of new services within the clinic.
* Participate in in-house CPD training programmes and attend external courses (funding available at the manager’s discretion).
* Set professional objectives with quarterly reviews to track progress and development.
* Occasionally provide pitch-side first aid and support at sporting events (full training provided).
* Conduct home visits, requiring a full UK driving licence (access to a company car or travel expenses covered).
* Work flexible hours, including full-time, part-time, evenings, or weekends to suit lifestyle and commitments.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from HCPC-registered Chartered Physiotherapists with a strong background in MSK outpatients or private practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience, with a significant focus on MSK outpatients or private practice.
* Broad range of manual therapy skills.
* Professional attitude with excellent communication, time management, and punctuality.
* Evidence-based approach to treatment and rehabilitation.
* Strong understanding of strength & conditioning and rehabilitation protocols.

Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Pilates and Sports Massage qualifications.
* Leadership and management experience.
